Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 3–4 working days (Monday–Saturday) as we follow a made-to-order model to ensure the best quality and fit.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 working days, depending on your location.

Tracking details will be shared via your registered email once your order is dispatched.

Order Confirmation & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after full payment is received
  • Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled
  • For any changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. If introduced in the future, confirmation may be required.


Returns 

We accept returns to ensure you have a seamless experience with us.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit

Store credit can be used on any future purchase uptil one year from the date of issue.


Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time free exchange for fit-related issues.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • First exchange is free
  • Any additional exchanges will be chargeable (based on location)

Product Condition

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • With all original tags intact
  • In the same condition as received (no stains, perfumes, or damage)

Custom Orders

Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.


Sale Items

Products purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange.


Size Guidance

We recommend referring to our size chart before placing your order.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

The order will be returned to us.

Re-shipping will be processed after additional shipping charges are paid.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@clofii.com
  • Share clear images of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
