UNDELIVERED ITEMS
In the event that your order cannot be delivered, due to incorrect information or missed deliveries these orders will be returned to us at our shipping facility. Once your order has been returned to us you will be contacted.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
All sales are final. We do not accept returns at the moment. Please be sure of the size. If you need any help with it, feel free to reach out at support@clofii.com

Product would be shipped within 3-4 business days (Monday - Friday). Order tracking would be shared on the registered email.

We provide easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product. No cost applicable here. :)
